The most awaited event of Cantine Aperte a San Martino is coming and with it the presentation of Novello 2018. A group of producers, with whom we have a special relationship, will show you the most representative products of our territory “carrying” you through a taste itinerary:

• Azienda Agricola “Apibel”, with Belinda and her honey

• Cured meats by Macelleria Callegaro

• Agricola “La Frutticola” with Martina and her pumpkins, apples and radicchio

• Azienda Agricola Giuliana Pradal with Giuliana and her chestnuts

• Restaurant “Parco Vittoria” with Mirco and Michael and their tipical venetian dishes with beans, potatoes and barley

• “L’Unione Circoli Enogastronomici del Triveneto” with “Baccalà and Saor”

• Taiedo Dairy with Massimo and his typical cheeses

• Handmade Coffee producer “Rio Caffè” with Lorenzo and his Coffee

That’s not enough!! You’ll have the occasion to taste a small piece of South Italy, with

• Azienda Agricola Carpin Rosso and his extra virgin olive oil from Puglia


ALL THE DISHES WILL BE COOKED IN THE KITCHEN "SEKOR RENTAL EQUIPMENT KITCHEN”

During the tour some FISAR Sommeliers will suggest you the best wine along with the dishes you’re going to eat.
This Event is the best opportunity to taste all wines belonging to ORNELLA BELLIA VENEZIA WINE: from selection “TERRE PIANE” with its origin controlled wines to international wines from “CLASSICI” selection, going through the best sellers “BOCIA ROSSO” and “G1928”.
You will also try the sparkling wines of “EMOZIONI FRIZZANTI” selection and the “TIPICI” which are the wines that better represent our territory. Among them the main wine of the day: NOVELLO.
